Environment

Our facilities are located in a natural environment, far from human settlements on riverbanks and native forests that reflect protection and conservation of production processes, with emphasis on waste circular economy and industrial wastewater treatment of the highest order. We maintain and improve a fluid relationship with local communities and subdivision authorities to fulfill our vision and mission.

Quality

Our cornerstone is HACCP, which allows us to guarantee safe food, which together with GMP allows us to obtain a high-quality product. This is endorsed by the BRCGS quality certification, which through quality management certifies the production of safe, authentic, and legal food.

Key controls to ensure the above are as follows:

  • Monitoring at all processing and storage stages (T°, pH, microbiology, physicochemical controls, among many others).
  • Process environmental conditions verification.
